Refund Policy

At Deltaoption, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure a positive user experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Refunds for Multiple Charges or Excess Amounts Charged Due to Technical Errors

If a technical error on Deltaoption’s platform results in multiple charges on your card or bank account, or if an amount exceeding the intended transaction amount is charged, we will refund the excess amount. Please note, however, that any Payment Gateway charges incurred will not be refunded under any circumstance.

2. Unsuccessful Subscription Activation Following Payment Due to Technical Error

If a technical error on Deltaoption’s platform results in a payment for a subscription that is not successfully activated, Deltaoption will activate the subscription at no additional cost to you. Should you prefer a refund instead of activation, we will issue a refund for the net amount, minus Payment Gateway or any other applicable charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Deltaoption strives to provide complete disclosure and transparency in all transactions. Given the expenses incurred to provide our services, we generally do not offer refunds, except in cases explicitly outlined above.

In rare and extreme cases, where circumstances beyond the control of the user arise, we may discuss a resolution. However, Deltaoption does not guarantee any refunds, and all sales are considered final. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this refund policy and understand that refund requests will not be entertained for reasons beyond the stated conditions.

If you violate our Terms of Service, please note that refund requests will also not be considered.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow the process below:

  • Submit a refund application with the transaction number and, if available, the original payment receipt (a screenshot is acceptable).
  • Send the application in the prescribed format to our support team at support@deltaoption.in.

Once your refund request is received, we will review it. If your request meets the stated refund conditions, Deltaoption will process the refund electronically. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are processed within 21 calendar days from receipt of the claim. Depending on your bank’s policy, it may take an additional 5–21 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
  • Ensure all required information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your refund.
